This visit should have been offered as a virtual visit. We drove 4 hours round trip for 5 minutes with a doctor who seemed like he was on his way out the door.

Dr Napier talks too fast and mumbles. He goes thru everything too rapidly. visits are very short. could give more education about the disease. pretty much told me nothing other than what disease I have.

I was terrified for this appointment. Dr. Napier's nurse was so kind and reassuring. When I had trouble with some questions, she would tell me everything was okay and that I could just take my time. Dr. Napier was very very nice to me. He was also a very good listener. I never felt rushed. These are very good attributes for me to have of a doctor.

Had to wait in the exam room for over 30 minutes. The doctor had no idea why I was there, he thought it was a fallow up to a previous episode, and when I gave him the dates of the episodes I had he still didn't realize that I had three separate episodes. Wouldn't recommend him to treat a dog

I have nothing to say about my experience because it was awesome. I do have to say that you need to treat your employees better. Give them better benefits and then maybe you wouldn't have to be sending out so many checks and balances to see how your patience are doing

This provider was very rude, got mad at me when I said I did understand what he was saying, was disrespectful to military vets, he was just plan rude, needs to retire, the last part is just a personal opinion.
