Never had a bad experiences at Aurora have had lots of processes and lots of surgery's done there
As always, my visit reinforces why I have complete confidence in my neurologist. Dr. Napier.
I love Dr. Napier. He is kind, funny, gentle, and he knows what he's talking about. He makes things clear and easy for my sometimes scrambled MS brain to comprehend! I always leave with a pep in my step. The ladies at the front desk are also phenomenal. They always smile and laugh with me. Trey work with me and my schedule to make sure I'm getting appointments and info in a timely manner. Always very kind and courteous. Thank you all for that. ??
Eeeess great Cisco
He took care of my concerns without me even asking. I was very happy of the visit and outcome.
okay
The doctor talked so low we couldn't hear him. Sometimes we didn't hear the answers to our questions. He could have explained things a little better to us regarding my husbands neurological issues. Maybe we should have asked for a different Neurologist.
Out of all the healthcare providers, I find Aurora to have the best of all them.
This was a virtual visit, which is uncommon for him, but done at my request. Aurora computers have been weird lately (I also work at Aurora).
One of my peeves is when I precheck in, the nurse asks me everything that I've already reviewed. For the 1st time, the nurse saw that I was rechecked and skipped it. Yea! They all need to recognize that. However, the receptionist reviewed my address, medical info, etc.. which was in the precheck. That needs to be stopped too! I hate redundancy! Either I precheck or I'll wait until I arrive to review my info.
