Dr. Benson stressed getting the flu & shingles vaccination. I really appreciated her encouragement.
Her expertise and mannerisms was exceptional
I called the office because I had been in a hit & run accident. I was happily surprised that I could get an appointment the next day. The Nurse & Nurse Practitioner listened & helped me. I received an x-ray & my prescription arrived at the pharmacy shortly after I arrived. After following the Nurse Practitioner's advice, I felt much better the next day.

Horrible experience. The doctor lied about a medication not being on formulary prescription. She also was rude telling me that I should've seen my regular doctor. She did not prescribe me any medication for my pain until I complained at the front desk. I do not like the doctors at the south Holland location. Between this doctor and the doctor my son seen and their rude comments and demeanor I will not be returning to that location for no further services.
The visit was long but very productive. The provider and I had good conversation. I was comfortable giving her feedback and we bonded well. I'm very pleased with visit.
