Dr. BENSON WAS PROFESSIONAL YET WARM AND FRIENDLY. SHE PUT ME AT EASE AS SHE ENTERED THE ROOM, AND I WAS CALM AND FELT LIKE SHE GENUINELY CARED AND WANTED TO HELP. I FELT LIKE SHE UNDERSTOOD ME, INFORMED ME OF WHAT NOT TO KEEP DOING, IN ORDER TO AVOID INJURIES.
I've been struggling with the same issue for months now I have seen 3 providers at advantage and they have done nothing for my issue !
Nurse Practitioner Irene Benson was very concerned about the situation that I was experiencing and she was concerned about what could happen to me if I didn't get my blood pressure down. She stated that she didn't want anything bad to happen to me concerning my health. She was very compassionate and caring. I believe that she's genuinely concerned about her role as a nurse practitioner to make sure that whoever she has in her care that she's going to do all that she can do to make them feel better and get the proper healthcare that they need. Thank you Nurse Benson, she was awesomely supportive.
