I was very upset about the amount of time that it took for me to be seen. I had a 9:10 am appointment and was not called to go into an exam room until 10:00am. After 30 minutes plus of waiting in the waiting room, I had to go to the desk and inquire what the delay was. I was then told the nurse practitioner was running behind and it would be a few more minutes. I was finally called to go into the back at 10am. Had to wait another 15 minutes before being seen by the NP. Although everyone apologized, it was very disrespectful of my time and I could have been told when I checked in that there would be a delay so I could determine if I wanted to wait or reschedule for another time.
Dr Benson and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable I was very happy with there service
The staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoy being taken care of by the nurses and the aids. Thanks ladies keep up the good work.

My experience was very bad. I feel like the provider, Irene Benson was judging me and she made me feel stupid. One of my questions weren't answered.
I enjoyed talking to my provider. She was very nice and helpful and found out why I was in pain in a timely manner. And quickly followed up with me about the results. Thank you.
Ms. Benson was very personable, she understood my situation, advised me on making changes in my routine.
Having an appointment never seems to matter. You check in when they want you too and you sit for an hour or more with no service.
