Somewhere along the way, someone dropped the ball regarding my situation. In the past I had no problems. Let's hope this situation was a one and done.

Always listens and tries to send you in the right direction
Being an individual who is hard of hearing, one of my upmost main concerns is being able to obtain all the information during my visit, my dental provider is very good at this, typing any questions for me and answers on the computer screen for me so that I will not miss any important information, which works out quite well, I am a new patient with Dr. Scott who has been highly recommended and realize he is a very busy person as most doctors are, I haven't seen a dr. regularly in over 30 years, So I guess what i'm saying is if it is possible to communicate with me via the typed or written word, this would take so much pressure off of my office visits and would be a tremendous boost in my comfort level
