My health history on my visit was wrong. Many of the diagnoses were from long ago. I did fill out the paperwork before the appointment but my visit summary didn't reflect that.
Is one of the best doctors I know.
It is always a pleasure seeing them and getting help if needed in easy to understand conversation
Dr. Scott and his assistant were both great.
He was very attentive, listened carefully to my problems and concerns and addressed them one at a time.
It was OK time there
