Dr Scott Listens . Advised and treats my health as someone he cares about. He educates and explains everything.

Very fast visit, the doctor seems very rushed, he asked me what's going on even without say hi at least . He suggested physical therapy for my first concern and completely ignored my second concern . For sure it's my first and last visit for this provider.
Only negative I can say was that I tried calling the office to get a sooner appointment and was re-directed to central scheduling who was unable to help much. I sent a message to my doctor and got in right away as it was urgent.
Doctor Geoffrey Scott in oak wood park is the best primary doctor I have ever had. He is kind, understanding, informative and very respectful. I absolutely love him.
All of the proceeding questions were irrelevant. They hardly apply to Docters and patience's. I am an Electrical Engineer and I have written manuals, so I know how to write simple but appropriate and understandable documents. However, what annoyed me the most, was Aurora sending me 20 LiveWell emails regarding my appointment. It also seems that the LiveWell emails have become largely useless because they are all clogged with previous information from all the former appointments. Can't they be cleaned up? I am close to ignoring all those emails in the future.
Dr. Scott is knowledgeable abt my health history and listens and questions what is occurring currently as I grow older . He is always prepared for my visit .

Dr Scott is a sincere person and really truly cares about his patients. He's healed and continues to help & understand everything my health needs are. I'd be lost without him. He's one of a kind.
