Esmeralda was caring, took the time to ask thorough and expert questions, and I felt very taken care of by the whole office but especially during my exam with Esmeralda. This office is always on top of things. They exude an air of expertise but also empathy. NOT all providers are like that so I do appreciate this one.

She was very kind and cordial but I would have liked the appointment to have been in Spanish but almost everything was well explained and she was very patient with me.

I felt completely comfortable. The doctor was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, I was with not only another woman, but a human being. She cared about my overall health and my entire experience. This was not just an in-and-out deal. Follow-up care was planned and I felt very much in good hands. She even accommodated my need for lights off in the exam room due to a facial nerve flare up. Even her nurse noticed the need for the lights to be off... I could've cried. Thankfully the doctor had lights in her exam glasses for such an occasion. Keep those on hand for doctors! Front desk staff was absolutely outstanding!!! Thanks for an amazing new patient experience.

Esmeralda was by far the best OBGYN I have ever seen. She was kind, attentive, actively listened to me, validated my feelings and provided a level of care unheard of in the medical industry. She was fast with the pap but thorough, which I appreciated. She answered all of my questions and cared about providing comprehensive care. I would and will recommend her to my family and friends.
