I definitely appreciate her powers. She fixed me and what I mean by fix is, I had an issue no one had the answer to but her. I really appreciate how she cares for me and makes me feel like I'm heard and cared for. I would recommend her to friends, family, and co-workers and I feel as if she's definitely in the correct field. I love her work.

It was wonderful having someone look at you and listen. instead of while they're putting information in the computer. I understand that the doctors need to do this to keep your health care up-to date and accurate. The provider used the phone to record the visit with my consent, This gave me more of a personal experience with my question's and concerns.
Dr. Esmeralda Jonko CNP HAS BEEN AMAZING , she solved issues I have been having for over a year she followed up with me and when the first thing we tried did not work she followed up and gave me something else to try . She continued to follow up until she was sure my issue had been resolved . She listened did research and showed more empathy than any doctor I have ever met. When providing birth control I requested she also followed up to make sure I was not having any side effects and if this was working for me. I can not express the gratitude I have for her. She is by far the definition of what someone in healthcare should be. She went above and beyond. Thank you doctor Jonko!
This was my first visit and the nurse and Dr both made me feel comfortable. Conversation was easy and eased my nervous feeling.

I would like to recommend gynecologist Esmeralda Jonko, she is the best, she listens to you and gives you a lot of confidence, she is the best.
My NP Esmerelda Jonko in OB/ GYNE is absolutely excellent! What a great addition to the OB/GYNE practice! I did want a female GYN provider, so it is nice that you now have her on staff. But that's not at all the only positive about her - her competence and caring make her stand out. Her women's health knowledge is 100% on target. She listened closely to my concerns, did her exam, constructed a plan and medication plan for my problems, answered my questions, and made me a timely follow up to see if my new meds will help. Honestly, she is really good. She knows her stuff! And I heard good things about her work from the ultrasound technician last week at Condell, too! ? Which I thought was kind of funny. Also, I think NP's provide excellent care in women's health, due to the holistic training that NP's receive and their focus on the "whole woman" aspect of care, asking about physical symptoms and psychological Impact. I loved Esmerelda Jonko NP and I've found my new GYN provider! And- I can tell that the OB/GYNE practice at Condell is very very busy. Esmerelda is already having to book pretty far out, and I know the obstetricians often have to go do urgent surgical cases- so, please consider hiring another NP to help Esmerelda Jonko. At least hiring a part time GYN NP to assist her in her caseload. Thanks for letting me provide this feedback on an excellent women's health provider.
