Esmeralda is a warm, professional and responsive provider. She put me at ease during my appointment and helped address my concerns and questions effectively.

Staff in the office are 10 out of 10. Insurance verification department is lacking. There was an issue with the insurance and it got resolved on the insurances end but advocates system couldn't verify it and they said they could do a phone verification. Absolute trash.

Esmerelda Jonko is a very good clinician. She is obviously very experienced and well trained in women's health and GYN. The OB/GYN practice was smart to bring her into the practice this year, and she's an asset as a female provider in this specialty. She is thorough, easy to talk to, and has a great bedside manner. She's an asset to your OB/GYN practice, and I wanted to mention that, as I know many women were hoping you'd add in a female who was well experienced in the specialty. I know this practice is booked pretty full, so Possibly you'll consider having Esmerelda work her usual full time schedule, but to help Her, you might also hire another NP part time (1-3 days a week) to help Esmerelda by covering annual exam/ well Woman visits. I believe NP's are great all-around GYN providers. Thanks for adding Esmerelda Jonko to the GYN practice this year. She's up to date on everything and I didn't have to look outside Advocate Medical Group in order to find a female GYN provider.
