I went in for my Annual visit with Dr. E Manney; so this was my 1st visit to this office. I was extremely pleased with the office. I was taken in and seen in a timely manner. All staff memebers where knowlegable, professional and friendly, not jsut with me but I witness how everyone else where treated as well. Great visit. very pleased patient here.

Clean office space, polite & professional service/staff. A little surprised by front deck clerk who claimed serial times over the phone "not understanding what you're saying. In the long run, it can be a serious problem.

So far, they all are very nice.

Dr did not call in 2 prescription s to the pharmacy

Dr Manney and her Medical Assistant are AWESOME!!!! They listen to my concerns and I'm treated with dignity and respect. I don't feel rushed when I'm seen and Dr Manney goes through my medical chart and my medications thoroughly. We stay current with my vaccines and tests and she encourage of I need anything just let her know.

I was a new patient at Advocate. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Will be back for all my future healthcare needs.
