My 1st time meeting Dr.Manney, she was very professional, knew my record well and took care of all my needs. Very polite and I did not feel rushed. Good to know her.
It was a great experience!! It's completely different than the office in Olympia Fields. I will be changing to this office for our Primary Care.
Pleased! I just wish Dr. Manney was closer to by home.
Dr. Manney is a rarity these days. Most providers at Advocate don't take the time to conversate with me regarding my goals care, ideas or outside information I've learned of that May side in my achieving my treatment goals. Dr. Manney does!!!! She listens as well as adds to the ideas opposed to not listening and shooting the ideas and conversation down in order to give me the bums rush out of her office. I truly appreciate her for that. This is old school medicine..., something that is much needed these days. I feel valued. With her I don't feel like I'm just a number and a bother to her as I did with my last two "male" Advocate Doctors. She cares enough to try to help and not prolong my issues, keeping me coming back with time wasting appointments that end up with no resolution as if my life exists for coming to the doctors office only to leave angry on top of feeling and being ill. She is DEFINITELY a rarity and a prize for myself as well as Advocate.
Very knowledgeable and patient asked did I have any questions.
My provider-dr. Manney was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend her highly to others. However; the lady who checked me in at the front desk we will call her "nice nasty," I would observe and provide her continual training in working with customers. Her behavior leaves a lot to be desired. Not a good look for the front desk.
Everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Early for appt. After arrival, waited 5 min for exam room & 45 min for doctor.
I think the providers at Advocate did an excellent job. I got everything I wanted out of this visit.
Very professional and dedicated at the Frankfort office. Totally different experience than at Olympia Fields.
