First visit , only thing that needed attention was the front desk, I know we have to mask and talk through a plastic wall , and I know my hearing is just fine but I shouldn't have to ask the receptionists behind the wall with masks on to speak up every time they say something ,I think they thought they were at church .

I appreciate Dr. Manney getting me in even though I arrived early from apptmt I had in the area and back home was to far for me to travel, so I appreciate the office personal and the Doctor for getting the in and it wasn't a long wait considering my early arrival. I also thank Dr Manney for seeing me and giving me printed out home instructions on what I can do and to follow up if it doesn't work. As of today it seems to be working so I thank her for her immediate attention.
