Dr. Hartl is such a wonderful doctor. She listens, has a great rapport with her patients, and is very thorough. I always feel comfortable talking to her. She is the definition of what a kind and compassionate doctor should be.

I am not accustomed to using Zoom and Dr Hartl and her staff were very patient and helpful ( as was my daughter) so I could keep my video appt with Dr Hartl.

Dr Hartl was very helpful during my visit. She was instrumental in assisting with the scheduling of a procedure at 3000 N Halsted

The only ,I don't Like other specialist called me tell me that ,I come a date to them,and I make my own dates of appointments

I couldn't leave office with referrals until I spoke to someone in Philippines who needed to change PCP provider on my card. This was a nuisance and a hassle.

This was my first visit. Dr. Hartl listened and made sure she understood my medical history. She called me to follow up on blood test results and Rx updates asap. Everyone at Advocate was professional, positive, and helpful.

Dr Hartl was very pleasant & attentive. I was very pleased with this visit.
