Timely, professional and friendly.

Dr Hartl and her staff are terrific. The nurse who administered my flu shot was a rock star. I felt no pain and my arm isn't sore.

Dr. Hartl is outstanding. She has been so helpful to me through a very challenging illness. She is timely, informative, warm, and caring. She listens and has been very supportive and has provided me with wonderful health care.

There were inconsistencies in the aftercare notes. One-that I was a Medicaid patient, which I'm not. Two-there was an odd statement about being in a pond (after I had reported hair loss). No idea where this statement came from.

Dr. Hartl is expert at listening, hearing, not judging, and informing. Each person I encountered listened to me & heard me, was "on top of things," and was good at their job.

Prompt appointment with little or no delays. Efficient transition to lab and diligent and accomodating lab technician. Service desk helpful and pleasant, reminded me to schedule next visit.

The Lab tech was amazing since she had no problem drawing blood whereas others in the past had extreme difficulty with my rolling veins

It was difficult to get an appointment with her. She automatically assumed I wanted to see a specialist. If I got to see her instead of seeing a PA at urgent care, I could have been taken care of better.

Dr. Hartl is an excellent physician with a very warm andfriendly personality. A breath of fresh air in today's world.
