IT IS DOCTERS LIKE ERICA HARTL IS THE REASON I DECIDED TO SELECT ADVOCATE ILLINOIS FOR MY NEW INSURANCE (BLUE SHIELD & BLUE CROSS) WILL BE EXCEPTED BY ADVOCATE ILLINOIS. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE FANTASTIC.
After I finished with my PCP, I was waiting on a blood test. Then waiting and waiting and waiting. My PCP ended up walking back into the exam room, surprised to see me. She had ordered the exam through the computer and expected me to be long gone. Failure here was due to management of personnel who never knew to come get me for blood work.
Staff is very friendly and punctual.
Dr. Hartl was very professional and compassionate. Her staff was professional and polite as well. They explained everything to me prior to starting. This was my first visit and I was very appreciate that Dr. Hartl took the time to listen to me and the visit never felt rushed. She was recommended to me and I will be happy to recommend her too. To my surprise, I was scheduled for my follow up visit and an appointment for one of my referrals before I left. By the time I got to my car I had received a phone call from another office (another referral) to set up that appointment. This was something I had been a little stressed about but Dr. Hartl's office made it very easy to arrange these appointments.
