Although this was a specialty visit, my husband and I felt very comfortable with all the tech, nursing and doctor staff. They were all very clear in their descriptions and made sure that we understood everything before leaving. They all work very well together and know everyone's communication styles which helps the patient experience and navigate somewhat difficult times. Long story short - they care about you and the people they work with.
