No issues with the provider, However, the lab was very dysfunctional. I waited about 40 minutes and when I got in, they did not know what labs they were supposed to be drawing which then let them to take me out of the room to talk to the front desk and then wait again to be seen very disappointed in the lab not my ordering physician
The provider is fine but the ultrasound technician I had was rude. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hayes, his nurse, and the ultrasound technician were extremely professional. I have not had any poor experiences with my pregnancy care but I'd really like to highlight the care received from Dr. Hayes and the ultrasound technician. It is evident they love what they do and take pride in their work which is extended to the patient experience. THANK YOU!
Good experience
dr hayes was very straight forward and blunt which i appreciated. he is not one to sugar coat and also answered any questions i had regarding my diagnosis. him and his team were very kind and very knowledgeable! he knows what hes talking about!
I'm super grateful for the nurse and that they were able to get me in the same day.
