Everyone we have had the pleasure of coming in contact with throughout this pregnancy has been so friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for better care.
The only complaint I have is that the past two times I have had the nurse I had yesterday (don't know her name), has made fun of my last name and it's just not appreciated. I have had a stressful pregnancy and have been worried about my baby and I just don't need this treatment. Yesterday, I had just heard that I needed weekly check ups to prevent preeclampsia and when we got the front desk to schedule, she made fun of my last name in front of the receptionist. I normally have another nurse if I schedule later in the day and she is always respectful and kind.
I'd like to say thank you to Dr.Hayes and team, receptionist and all the sonographer who attended me during my visits at Aurora, caring me so much on all visits.
Dr. Hayes provides excellent knowledgeable care. He answers my questions and concerns. I know I'm in good hands.
They are amazing caring willing to listen and give options. This is my second pregnancy with this hospital and I wouldn't change it the doctor and RN are amazing.
Poor scheduling experience. When I called at five weeks to advise that I was pregnant I had asked if I needed to schedule with MFM to discuss the factor five and Lovenox I was told it was handled with my appointments that were scheduled with my OB. Fast-forward to the nine week mark following my first OB ultrasound when I asked again because no one had still mentioned anything about the factor five to me even though I asked on the last phone call and suddenly it was a fire drill that I needed to get in this week And take time off of work with less than 48 hour notice. With scheduling no one told me that there was going to be another ultrasound so I was very caught off guard when I arrived and they said that intravaginal ultrasound would be performed. This led to quite a lot of upset and anxiety for me which could have been avoided had scheduling communicated appropriately and the impacts to my work could've been minimized. Had this appointment with MFM been addressed five weeks ago when I first called and asked about it. Also scheduling appointments in Green Bay, which is over 90 minutes of travel One Direction for me is not working. It requires a half day off of work every time I have an appointment. Although the doctor does have one day per week in Oshkosh, the availability is very limited especially when you have to get in in a one week window for a 12 week appointment which means there is effectively only one day to choose from. I asked about other provider's within Aurora, perhaps south more, but no one can actually answer any questions. They keep just saying this is all they know for this part of the state. So I don't know how I'm supposed to figure out other parts of the state when no one can guide me.
I had my 20 week ultrasound. I have only seen Dr. Hayes twice now but every time he has been very informative and knowledgeable. The nurses also have been great. We feel like we can trust him and his team
Dr. Hayes seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first visit with him and I feel confident in the care I will receive during this pregnancy.
We waited over 30 mins for this provider and when we saw him it was very brief less than 5 min conversation glad I do not need to continue
The provider was not only extremely cold and clinical, the test that was supposed to be performed was not entirely successful. When I had questions about this afterwards, he simply repeated his original discharge instructions. I was left in a lot of pain and with more questions than answers.
