Everyone was Amazing !!! They made me feel so at ease. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Showed me pictures of what it looked like before. I didn't even feel the needle when he froze it. I actually was able to watch a good part of it which is not something I have ever been able to do before. They called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Even when he froze the area I didn't feel it.
