The Mohs surgery team is amazing. Dr. Moioli is great as are his nurses. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Aurora needs to do a much better job with timely lab results. I waited 2.5 hours to see if margins were clear. Others had to wait too. This is not something the doctor controls, but it does make a difference in the treatment experience. The team kept apologizing, but it was out of their control. Luckily, my margins were clear so I didn't have to wait another 2+ hours.

Had the MOHS procedure. Way too long a process. My appt was at 11AM and didn't get out till 3PM. I've had MOHS done in the past at a different provider and I never had to leave the chair to wait for results. Had results within 5 minutes. This time it was at least an hour both times. Another patient came in at 8:30 AM and was still there at 2PM. Way too long a process

I received a thorough and comprehensive examination of my skin. It was exactly what I expected.

Was unhappy because I specifically scheduled for facial mole removal, after paying 60 dollar copay, I was told he wouldn't do it even though the 2 were small, I wanted them shaved off. I feel I should have been told they don't work on the face. Otherwise the doctor was good.

They dr and nurse staff were very accommodating from providing me with water and phone charger. The staff was very friendly.

The whole experience was great, nurses and doctor where friendly and new what they where doing.
