Could not be happier with doc and his team

The doctor office experience was great. Knowable doctor and staff. My complaint is with getting ahold of the clinic. I was transferred several times because the person who answered the call had to find someone else to handle the issue. Then I found out I wasn't even talking to someone local. It took longer to be connected to the right staff than it took for the nurse to answer my question. What a waste of my time. I know in the past this was not a problem so whatever was changed is not working

I was very pleased with the explanation and the procedure. I felt the nurse and Dr. we're both attentive and saw to it that I was comfortable. I would recommend them highly.
