Dr. Dyksterhouse takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses them without rushing me through an appointment. He is thorough and caring in his approach.

The psr team did not acknowledge my arrival for 5-10 minutes. There was no eye contact or smile as they worked together to accomplish a computer task.

I found a lump on breast and they got me in very quickly. In this situation, I appreciated that.

Intake nurse was not very friendly. Could tell she didn't like that I didn't fill out the forms. If they are sent to you electronically why do I have to do them again? She said she couldn't see them. When I asked this to another nurse in the dept she said they could see them. Nothing had changed and it was very repetitive to do it twice. The student NP was awesome! Very gentle, friendly and listened and explained everything well. Dr Dyksterhouse was amazing always. Just didn't appreciate the intake nurse
