I am very appreciative and impressed with the quality doctors (and their teams) that Aurora attracts and employs. People really seem to truly care for patients with their chosen careers.

Dr. Dyksterhouse (sp)? Is a very good Dr. & nice. Like him alot.

It was all good.

The front desk did not answer the phone. I called for two days straight multiple times to see if I could still do my appointment with my period no one would answer. I finally hit the nurses line button. They answered. I probably called over 50 times in two days.

I appreciate that he takes the time to really listen to me and I feel heard, not just a patient quota that has to be hurried out the door. He talks long term health goals to stay healthy and for a better longer life and to be happy. He actually cares and I love that he advocates for me.

The system used by this facility is very effective. I was immediately sent to an exam room, seen with in minutes, by the nurse and examined and out of there in record time! My concerns were addressed and I felt I got a good physical exam; which I do not get on a Wellness visit.

Everything went well. It would have been nice for the Dr or the nurse to tell me I may bleed after the procedure & what to do. I called the after hours nurse to find out if this was normal
