I had a great visit with Dr. Dyksterhouse. He and his staff were all courteous and made sure all of my questions were answered.
Dr. Said my problem was better and that my family Dr. Could take care of me for the situation if it got worse. .
I have seen my physician for years. We have a great relationship and I trust him. His nurses and staff are absolutely wonderful. They are polite, positive, and attentive. They are an amazing team!
Seen Dr Dyksterhouse at the new Aurora hospital was a great experience. But to run across town to the Sheboygan clinic to get a mammogram, was are ridiculous! Why wasn't there a mammogram image department put in the new hospital with the O.B. Gynecologist department?
The lady that did my x-ray was phenomenal. She listened to my needs and was very nice to me and I recommend her to anyone she was awesome.!! Rate her five star.
3rd time I have seen him. Probably my last. Have never seen him wash his hands before exam or after.
Everyone in the office is very helpful and caring. The new OB GYN department needs to be labeled better. It is very disappointing that women now need to have 2 separate appointments for yearly exams as the Mammography department was not moved along with the OB GYN department. It seems that all women's healthcare should be located together.
The facility is up to date and gorgeous. My appt. Was on time. Was happy with the care I received.
I normally don't have an issue with Dr. Dyksterhouse. Though I do want to point out that the last two times I saw him, this appointment being one of those, it felt like he was in a rush and didn't have the time like he normally does. We went in later than our appointment time, so that could have been a part of it, but we felt like an item on a checklist.
My experience at my visit and on the phone with the nurses in Dr.'s office was excellent. I called before their office was open and my experience with the operator or perhaps call center was not as professional and the person I spoke with did not seem to know which clinic I was referring to etc. I also had difficulty finding the correct phone for the actual clinic office. Many different numbers are listed.
