Love the doctor

Not the provider..but the facility...there was a bit of a trip hazard on arrival which i pointed out and hopefully front desk staff took action. And I mentioned that the document i had to sign on checkin was 2 pages..so that my signature appeared on a page that had very little information on it..I think this should either be one page..or have signature/initials on both. Dont particulatly like putting my signature on page 2..when page 1 could be anything.

Dr Wozniewicz is attentive & listens to my concerns & questions. I trust her with my care. All of the staff are very friendly & helpful.

First meet with Dr Woz. Just new PCP visit. No issues. Unrelated to Dr. If masks are Required, the receptionist should wear them correctly. Not below their nose.

As this was the first time to see a doctor in the Aurora system, I was very satisfied with the visit and follow-up messages on My Chart.

KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE.

Dr. Woz is an excellent doctor! The front office staff does a fantastic job of taking care of my check in and setting up my future appointments.

You need to make your live well app easier to get into!! That code business sent to text or Email makes it hard for you to get back to the app again! Even when you have tried face recognition! Especially for senior patients who are not tech savvy!!!!!

Everything went great and the staff, nurses and Dr. Was so nice.

Pleasant
