My only concern was the fact that the nurses/clerks ?in the office area did not wear their masks continuously. One only put her mask up over her nose when someone was walking toward her.

My visit with my doctor was great! Receptionists in main Lobby definitely could have been more helpful and friendly. She said "Can I help you" as if I was bothering her. I asked if I could have a mask since I saw a box on her counter. (I was covering my face with a piece of paper). She asked what I was there for, I told her a doctors appointment. She told me I could get one down there as she pointed downstairs. I then walked downstairs containing to hold the piece if paper over my face. This was my first visit to this facility.

Scheduled appointment quickly due to my medical concerns and provided helpful solution.
