Had to wait 40min for doctor to see me

The room was freezing in less I needed to. I did not take off my card, and I felt very sorry for my Dr and her aid.

My regular medication was switched to pick up from mail order. Fixable but this has happened before because I have one medication that I refill as needed in person.

Very through with exam and documentation. Clear about next steps based on outcomes. Ensured total picture of my health issues in documentation and communication with other relevant providers. Is responsive concerning test results. I am confident and secure in the care I receive.

Dr. W was very helpful, as was her assistant.
