Seems disinterested in patient concerns or their explanation for why seeing this provider. Seems more complacent with patients not talking and would rather the patient just listen to what he has to say. If successful healthcare is joining patient/provider as a team, this is an utter failure. Would strongly recommend this provider better focus on listening to the patient in their entirety first BEFORE shutting them down and drawing his own narrow focused conclusions.

Didn't really know what happened with an MRI and don't think I need one because 1)not sure how much they cost, and 2) feel totally fine and would take the risk of just getting the injection for my rotator cuff injury.

I will never be back with department, ever. I will seek else where.
