Pleasant and expedient

My waiting times from the waiting room to completion of my visit were all very minimal. Everyone was very efficient at what they did.

Everyone is always so courteous and professional. They make you feel very comfortable.

I wondered if this provider looked at my health history before he perscribed the medication he did for me. I see a Kidney Dr. there at Aurora and there are certain meds I should not take for the sake of my kidneys

I had to wait, but the doctor explained the situation and I was fine with it.

Doc was great. Cortisone shot didn't hurt at all. Very happy.

Other than being 12 minutes late things were fine

Dr. Villacis and his staff are excellent. I am very pleased with my care.

Dr V did a wonderful job on repairing my rotator cuff. Was very impressed. Not to mention he had great bedside manners.
