I was at this provider for a very specific reason, follow up after an arm fracture. I did not expect the staff to talk to me regarding things such as nutrition, health goals, etc,, unless they pertained specifically to the fracture.

Had a 0745 arrival time for a 0800 appointment. I was on time for the arrival time. I was there before the ortho desk was even open I had to check in at Internsl Med. I was called to an exam room at 0815/0820. How is an office running 15-20 minutes behind for their first appointment of the day? That was a bit disappointing. All my interactions with the MD were great.

This was my visit with this doctor and thought he was excellent...knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Dr. Villacis is great. Excellent outcome from my shoulder surgery. Excellent in explaining, follow up and moving forward discussions. I'm not totally satisfied with Aurora in general to provide a 10 rating for recommendations. Wait times at Menomonee Ave and River Ln are way too long to see doctors. PT at River Ln worked out find and as long as I scheduled well in advance I could get appointment that worked with my schedule. In regards to general practitioners and specialists, the wait times are getting unrealistic. Annual appointments are made 9 months out.

Dr. was very concerned about my lack of progress and suggested several things that we could do.

Dr Villacis seems very knowledgeable in his field. He listened well and explained my medical condition very well. I feel comfortable talking to him and confident in his evaluation.

My visits are always done in a timely fashion no matter how crazy busy the office is. Office staff is great, my doctor is informed, friendly and pays attention to my questions.
