The nurse that helped me was so good to me, she checked in on me multiple times while I was waiting in the exam room to make sure I was ok, since I was struggling with a pinched nerve or kink in my neck, and this lovely woman got me an ice pack, water, and did everything to make me feel like a extremely valued patient.
