Everything was great

The waiting time was terrible long. I got anxious and I felt like I wanted to leave. I don't understand why you have so many patients in the schedule if the provider cannot keep up. It was very frustrating.

I really appreciate being able to ask a question through the Live Well system. I really appreciate having Dr. McCreary as my doctor and being able to see him in a timely manner instead of having to wait for a month or so for an appointment.

The staff was excellent answered any questions I had. The doctor was great easy to talk to took his time answering my questions in a relatable way.

The weight was long, but Dr. McCreary is absolutely wonderful

I waited 2 hours to finally see the Dr. I don't blame the Dr. the people that do the scheduling are not doing a good job. I always wait, at least a half hour OR MORE!!
