I understand any Dr can run late for office appts due to perhaps a patient emergency during morning rounds at the hospital, or for any number of reasons. However, if Dr. is going to be approximately two hours late for a 9 AM appointment I think someone at the front desk should be made aware and they should then let the waiting patient know so said patient can make a decision as to go and return closer to 11 AM or simply reschedule! Thank you!

I got to the office 15 minutes early like they say I sat in the room for 55 minutes. Nobody knew where the doctor was at so I changed my doctor.

Dr. McCreary is a gem. Yes, he is often late. But it's because he spends time with his patients, truly listens, and seeks answers to solve our health issues. He is the best

I am so glad my neighbor told me about Dr. McCreary because I needed a doctor and she told me about her doctor and I like him very much. He is very thorough and I love the hospital in Kenosha, Wisconsin because I got a staff infection at the hospital in Waukegan, so I am very pleased to be a part of Aurora health thank you
