Getting through for an immergent appointment was a chore. I had to make at least 4 calls and sen multiple messages to the provider and in some cases not get a response. I am glad I stay on top of my own care. It should not have to be like that

Dr. Mai is an excellent physician. Most of my care providers are Froedtert doctors, but I continue to see Dr. Mai because of his high degree of excellent care.

As usual I have always had great care and a good experience with all my doctors and their staff.
