Only problem was that someone in your Call Center cancelled my appointment with Dr. Mai instead of canceling an appointment for a blood draw that I requested. So when I showed up for my appointment there was a delay trying to figure out what happened AND how Dr. Mai would fit me in his schedule. Thankfully Dr. Mai saw me as scheduled. Better training is needed for your Call Center people. It was clear they were remote AND clueless about locations which doesn't reflect well on your Drs or clinics....
Dr. Mai has been part of our family healthcare for years and he's one of the best. Knows about us, cares about us, fabulous personal approach, helpful referrals about issues not related to his treatment expertise, and top notch regarding our issues that he does manage with us. We always look forward to seeing him on our annual checkups and absolutely know he will be responsive if we need at any other time of the year. He's truly a gem!
Dr Mai is awesome. He is a dermatologist so only reason he didn't talk about health goals

A wait time of several months is a bit excessive. The Doc is very professional and welcoming when you can actually get on the schedule.
