Dr. Mai is a very good physician. I appreciate the fact that he seems to remember me and has a pleasant demeanor. He also tells some good jokes. His assistant is also very competent and makes sure that I am informed on how the visit will proceed.

Dr. Mai was very easy to talk to and efficient. His staff was friendly and helped to ease my nervousness.

I like and am comfortable with Dr. Mai.

Dr. Mai is terrific - I am very grateful to have him as my dermatologist.

I would rate Dr. Mai's medical expertise as exceptional but considering I was in & out of his exam room in Olympic time for my annual check up, I felt rushed to move on without much feedback. This is not to be construed as a negative comment, just an honest observation.
