I appreciate the attention to detail Dr. Mai always exhibits. Dr. Mai is very good at explaining what he's doing during the exam, the procedure he'll follow if treatment is necessary and never makes me feel rushed when I ask questions. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Mai is always on time.

Dr. Mai is very thorough, knowledgeable and time-efficient. His expertise is obvious. The downside is a result of Aurora's staffing model. It takes too long to arrange a non-emergency appointment with Dr. Mai. Fortunately, I have not needed one recently, but I feel I need to keep an annual appointment--just in case.
