Dr was very attentive to me and listened to us About my situation. Having ms, neck fusion from C2-T3 and trouble swallowing makes it difficult to pinpoint the exact reasons why.

I found the doctor and audiologist to be completely thorough while diagnosing me. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

The patient rooms at Highland are old and outdated.

The provider talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable!! The nurse I had was very sweet and gentle and made me feel comfortable with asking any questions I had. She noticed i was nervous about the numbing shot I was getting and held my hand. It was a wonderful experience!!!
