Dr. Sarcu and his staff are always helpful and present when I need assistance. He worked me in to his very busy schedule to address an ongoing sinus issue, and took his time to answer my questions and hear my concerns. His nurse is wonderful--my favorite in all of the Advocate system. He and the ENT department at Highland are far and away the most responsive and responsible medical professionals among all of my Advocate providers.
