I was refered to this provider by my Doctor for the removal of a facial growth. Dr Sarcu was efficient and the nurse staff was excellent. I am 100% satisfied

They treated with with a lot of patience and explained everything thoroughly and addressed my questions and did followup so that my next appointments can be in Spanish.
He was very short, didn't seem to show any care for my child. It felt like us being there was a waste of his time. The after care notes said that mother declined a sleep study - that was not the case. He mentioned that sometimes sleep studies are done. He never recommended one or asked if I wanted to do one - he suggested just keeping an eye on things. He threw a bunch of stats out about number of times one needs to have step to have surgery but was very quick and it was a lot to take in. The initial intake nurse also seemed very judgy as to why we were even there. Overall - very negative experience. We should feel welcome and that our thoughts and opinions are valid and not a waste of their time.
I had a specific health issue . I was seen very quickly and the issue was taken care of. He was not my normal doctor. Service was great.
Doctor was in an extreme rush. Spent a total of 5 minutes with me for his exam and diagnosis Will not return to this Doctor

Excellent care
I was asked to arrive by 2:00 for a 2:15.I was placed in exam room at 2:10. At 2:43 the DR and nurse saw me. Leave me in the waiting area, advise me running late. This is not DR 's fault.
