He didn't stay long enough for me to say much. I think the Drs should have to stay whole 15 minutes so a person can think to ask questions
I was grateful that in my initial visit the doctor gave me the codes so I could check with insurance as to the out of pocket costs for mole removal. I did not checking the costs because (even though he thought it was not cancer) it was getting bigger, changing, more painful so I had to remove it. The nurse was nice and rude at the same time "I'll market in your chart that you didn't check the codes " almost like saying you were warned, and telling me how expensive this might be and that it may not be covered. Honestly, if it wasn't for my husband I would have walked out . I needed this mole removed, I always have to put a bandage on it because of hurts on summer and with pants on (upper thigh). Regardless of the cost I had to have it done I put it off for too long. Like I said I really appreciate that they worry about the cost, but sometimes you have to just have to done and go on the payment plan to have peace of mind, while he may be an excellent dermatologist, sometimes they could be wrong. I wasn't having it removed for vanity reasons it was painful and bothersome. As far as the procedure, they were very professional, fast, and courteous . I have high remarks about the procedure and how well the nurse and doctor work together. That part was outstanding. While I understand and appreciate their financial concern for their patients, I felt as if i was kinda being talked out of the having it done.
I admire dr Crosby he is v v v good dermatologist !!!
