Doctor Crosby was great and would definitely recommend him. He was thorough and explained everything in way he knew I could understand. I wouldn't know the nurses name if the doc wouldn't have said it. My appointment was at the end of the day but she was pretty checked out. Triage is such an important part of a patients appointment and I felt like I was just another number in her day. A smile goes a long way.

Navigation of the app can be very confusing. uploading documents to can be confusing, especially if the Dr you want to upload to is not in your history of appointments. Not having a direct phone number for certain office, staff, location,... having a human operator/help support would be a very big improvement over your current system. the more I navigate your app and website the more I like it. keep up the good work.

Dr Crosby is very warm and caring. Glad I was able to get into see him quickly. He eased my fears and told me when to come back if things didn't clear up.
