I even asked and when making appointment I was told Dr Crosby was only in New Berlin. He is in fact in Waukesha on Tuesdays which is much closer to my house. The address of 129th and National for the facility should mention the ONLY entrance is on a side road and name the road in MyChart info. Its not easy to turn around on that busy road. Once you see the sign for correct facility, there are 2 facilities on National a few blocks apart, it's too late to turn on to side road. Finding and getting to the correct facility was the only problem with my appointment.
I was there to have lesion checked out. He explained what it was and removed it. No more or no less. He didn't ask about anything else.

I just want to say that in this clinic, the staff and Dr. Crosby are professional, friendly and informative. It is a complete package
Would have liked to have more options than just otezla. My insurance doesnt cover it. So the visit was basically pointless
