Dr. Hertel is an exceptional doctor, and Aurora is truly so lucky to have him. He is so attentive and compassionate. I truly feel heard when I'm in his office and I feel like we work together towards my goals as a patient. I never leave his office feeling pressured into a medication, or unhappy with my care plan. I am truly grateful to have him as one of my providers.

Our first experience at Aurora and it was a great experience. The free coffee and cookies at the front entrance was a nice touch. I usually don't come to Aurora for healthcare needs but now I think I would in the future! Dr was really kind and understanding. He took the time to explain options which was helpful.

Very impressed with care I received while in the clinic. Staff and Dr. Hertel were wonderful. It's unfortunate how long the wait to see a dermatologist to establish care is. 6 months wait for an appointment is mind boggling to me, especially when there is a lesion of concern to be evaluated, hence the referral from my PCP.
