Dr. Hertel is one of the kindest and caring physicians I've had as part of my care team. He has earned my trust thru his professional but personable approach and gives me latitude to a certain degree in making decisions about my treatment options. I am super happy to have him as my dermatologist and appreciate the respect he shows towards me.

After being taken into the exam room and preliminaries done with nurse, it was almost 20 minutes before she returned with the doctor. It would have been nice to be checked at least after 10 minutes. I almost left.
