This appointment had a limited scope as the follow up to an ER visit the preceding week, so my provider did not get into broad areas of lifestyle and health concerns at this time. I have a scheduled appointment with Dr Osburn next month, a six-month diabetes check in where some of those lifestyle issues will be discussed.
