I really do like my PCP, but I was frustrated that I was told to come in for a follow up just to be told she doesn't have anything new for me to try and I should follow up with neuro. Why couldn't they just send that through LiveWell? I had to pay a copay for that and take time off of work. And the Dr even told me how busy she is and she didn't have any time to do the research things she wants to do to figure out my pain. So why waste time seeing me to tell me to follow up somewhere else?

While waiting for an EKG, I noticed the women behind the desk chatting a lot. Visitors probably other employees would go into the area where the women sat. Long conversations. Do they not have work to do? A gentleman was present chatting with the physical therapy clerk for over half an hour. Unprofessional environment.
