I really liked Dana. I'm not one to like pretty much anyone or anything in the medical field, but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Osburn.

She is my new provider excellent doctor very attentive to listen to my complaints I will be missing this great health care system since I've been using Aurora as my major health care system. A great place with excell my providers. But I am moving down South since I don't want to handle the winters here in Wisconsin Again I want to thank all the providers an nursing staff fr the great job sn the care you provided for my wife
Dr Osburn is very upbeat and friendly. She is easy to talk to and very interested in helping patients every way she can. I was thrilled to get the 1/2 inch chunk of earwax out of my right ear I have an appointment for my left ear. I can't get it out!!! When you wear hearing aids every day-all day they push it in further. This was a big blessing. Thank you Dr Osburn. Now I can hear better with my hearing aids. ( Not addressed in the past) Told to see an ear, nose and throat doctor- impossible to get an appointment. Advice save $12,000 and keep ear plugs with you when it gets loud. Help prevent depression. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She referred me to a specialist, but didn't give me the names of any of them. My previous doctor gave me the names of several specialists and printed out detailed descriptions of them for me to review and make selection of one of them. I was unable to get through to the office when I tried to phone the office to try to make an appointment. It's very difficult to make an initial appointment with a new provider.
